"Three days ago, I purchased a Arisun road tire and inner tube. When I started to install the tire I noticed it was hard (like it was old and discolored in places). It also had a mark where the zip tie was used (like it had been there a long time) to package this foldable tire. I decided to return the tire and inner tube. The receipt indicated *returns on unused products within seven days of purchase* The owner Todd accepted the tire for return but would not refund me for the inner tube. I asked why and he said "there is nothing wrong with it...you can always use an inner tube* I would not recommend doing business at this store and I would stay away from (cheap china made) Arisun tires."
