"They are not tech savvy or computer friendly so tthey enjoy old fashioned way of doing things such as pen and paper everything at the Sametime they do not have overnight drop or slide at their office door as you can see the picture. It is very difficult to pay them online. There is third party payment system with weird configuration."

"Bad management wouldn’t recommend they are so eager to call the towman even if you live here never seen anything like it it’s like they get a percentage out of every car that gets towed and it’s there own tenants tragic really."

"Lived here for 2 years. My husband was robbed 30 feet from our door at gun point in day light. When a tree feel on my car the apartment said it was an act of God and would not pay the damages. Not to mention to nasty roaches."

"The office staff are 2 of the most friendly I have met. They are always in a good mood and when I have had any maintenance issues they have been fixed within 24 hrs. The landscaping is so pretty. I would recommend Massman and Starlight to all of my friends."

"I have been living this apartment for the last two years, it was great but now I can't wait my lease to end due poor management. My bathtub is clogged for one and I have been going to the office every day and it's not fixed yet, I don't even know they gonna fix if not I will break the lease..... that's why i am posting this so plz don't waste your money in this apartment it's not like before. It doesn't even deserve one star. I hate it."
