"Update: As you can see by the reply from the owner. They will never apologize and will try to blame customer for speaking up if the customer is dissatisfied with the work. Again, by saying all those lies and acknowledging that you did in fact try to charge me another $65 proves what really happened. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS at ALL Costs. Worst nail salon I have ever been too! Charged $55 dollars for cheap press on nails when I told them I’m dissatisfied, they all started talking horribly to me telling me stating things like “ you get what you pay for” Then instead of asking for refund I asked them if they can fix it. Then after yelling and name calling me they told me ok. They took everything off then told me to pay more money $65 to be exact to do it again. Why didn’t they say that initially??! Then continued to disrespect me again. After all that I asked for refund and they made me wait another 45 mins to get my refund. While waiting another 2 people came in stating they got their nails done 3 days ago and one said she got hers done a week ago and both of them said nails are breaking and paint was coming off. They are literally ripping people off and if you say you are unhappy with their work they will not fix it instead they are disrespectful and will tell u not to come back. Worst customer service. I will not be coming back regardless."

It’s really easy to make an appointment the day of. I enjoy my experience every time and always come away loving my new nails. Fair pricing, considering that my nails hold up for a good 4-6 weeks after."

Everyone here is really kind, and wants to make sure you’re happy with what you get! Prices are reasonable for the bay area! Another huge plus is they sanitize tools and use fresh ones between clients!"
