"I honestly am not sure where to start - I was searching multiple properties in Nashville and finally found Amplify not too far from my previous apartment. The property manager, Tobius, was a massive help for finding the right apartment for me and my girlfriend. Since living at Amplify, we were blown away by the service and professionalism (it’s uncommon to find!!) that they showed. We rarely had any maintenance concerns, but when we did, the maintenance team was always available and happy to help. The management team went above and beyond to make sure that we were accommodated and comfortable. We had valet trash, updated appliances and an amazing location (all with the comfort of knowing the management was on-site and ready to help with anything we need). I would recommend Amplify to anybody who is looking!!!"
"Initial Review January 29, 2022: This is a wonderful location and we've lived here since May 2021. We had a great experience with our move-in and any maintenance requests we had prior to November 2021. But a recent management transition at the end of December 2021 has not gone smoothly. There doesn't seem to be any regularly property maintenance happening. To be fair, the new management took over during the holidays and right before a significant winter weather storm. So I was pretty understanding of the overflowing dumpster area for a few weeks. Four weeks later and it is still an issue. Trash service comes and empties the dumpster regularly, but they only deal with what is in the dumpster. No one from management has arranged for the overflow to be moved into the dumpster, so it just sits behind the dumpster, and means that the gate to the dumpster area won't even closer anymore (see photo). Previous management had a great maintenance guy who regularly went around and picked up trash on the property. Our location is great but it means we have a lot of foot traffic nearby and people will drop stuff occasionally. The pet waste bins are also regularly overflowing (see photo). Th new manager has yet to formally introduce themselves to us via email, but has sent several passive aggressive, typo-laden emails about all the things we're doing wrong. We love living here for the location and the price, but we really hope this new management company gets it together soon. Update February 2, 2022: Management has definitely been addressing the dumpster situation this week. I hope we start to see regular property maintenance soon. It seems like the new management if finally settling in and getting things sorted out. Update February 4, 2022: We are more or less back to normal now after the bumpy transition of management. We're grateful that the maintenance worker is currently salting the parking lot after the ice rain last night. The pet waste bins are being regularly emptied again and the dumpster situation has been sorted out."
"I moved into one of the townhomes in the Amplify on Main community on January 5, 2022. A new management company, Advanced Precision Group, had taken over property management duties 9 days earlier (December 27, 2021). The townhouse was in terrible condition. It was filthy and appears to have been used as a maintenance shop. The toilets were on par with a gas station bathroom. All the floors were in desperate need of vacuuming and mopping. The floors in the lower area had a tar-like substance tracked throughout. The kitchen was dirty. The garage was full of paint, signs, garbage cans, and other stuff. See the photos and videos. I toured the same unit when I visited Nashville to sign the lease in November and it was in great shape at that time. There is also a long list of repairs that need to be made: Dishwasher has a huge leak as soon as the water valve is opened Kitchen sink disposal leaks Missing blind on downstairs bedroom window Cable TV outlet in living room doesn’t work because the wall plate isn’t attached to the cable. Shower door is misaligned and can’t be closed Drain plug in bathroom sink doesn’t open or close Electric outlet beside stove doesn’t work Ceiling fan is unbalanced and noisy I’ve been here for a week and none of these repairs have been made yet. To his credit, the property manager came out on the 5th and we cleaned the place as best we could. There’s only so much you can do with a Swiffer mop and a sponge, however. Their cleaners didn’t come out the next day (or any day) so I drove through the snow to get a proper mop and supplies and deep cleaned the entire townhouse myself over two days so I could move in. That tarry substance on the floor isn’t completely gone and someone will have to scrape the rest off. I also had to buy drain plugs from Lowes for the kitchen sinks since they didn’t provide any, the dishwasher was broken, and I was out of clean dishes. And did I mention I’m still waiting on someone to even start on the repairs listed above? The snow has been gone for 5 days now so there’s no excuse. The units are laid out well, the other residents are nice, and the location is great but the condition and move in experience are horrible. This new management company needs to get it’s act together. UPDATE - JANUARY 29, 2022: After 3 ½ weeks, some things have been fixed, some haven’t and some new issues have appeared. The tarry material on the floors is still there. Management told me that they have to get price quotes from multiple cleaners before they can clean them. Seriously? And why does that take three weeks? I can’t move into the downstairs bedroom until this is done. That nasty toilet seat and the ceiling fan still haven’t been replaced. A few things that seemed like minor issues at the time are bigger now that so much time has gone by. I still don’t have a mailbox key. If I pester the property manager enough he will occasionally intercept the carrier and drop the mail in my apartment. That’s happened twice so far. I still don’t have a remote control for the garage. Garbage has been piled up outside the dumpster ever since I moved in (see photos). I haven’t seen any rats yet but they’re sure to come once they discover it. Same for the recycling bin. Very little happens now unless I catch the property manager in person during regular office hours so good luck to any resident who works 9-5."
"Amplify Apartments is a Great Place to live. The apartments are spacious, and well laid out. The Staff is Awesome, they treat you like you are somebody, and they actually care about you and any problems or issues. The Manager Kristi, goes way out of her way to make things happen. It is Convenient to everything... location, location, location. I am totally 100% satisfied here, and I think you will be too. A+ Property."
