"Staff is friendly and location is convenient, plus pricing in the beginning is good BUT there are two problems. First the entrance is on a big hill so if you have a boat or RV you are going to bottom out and scrape the concrete with your vehicle or boat. Second and most important, they should have "fixed" costs since the units are already built and virtually no upkeep but their rates increase every few months with ZERO improvements or upgrades, I have 2 units and continue to get rate increase letters every few months, it's gotten ridiculous."

"If I could give them zero starts I would. We had our acct about a year and half the time no one was in the office to let us pay rent and we use cash for most payments. Then they would charge us a late fee because we were late even when it was their fault. Raised our rates like 3 times in a year and customer service was terrible."
