"I've been here almost 4 years and never had a problem until new managment. Having a hard time getting someone up here to fix my lights and bring my blinds that I paid for 2 months ago. Other than that it's a quiet and chilled place to live and thank God we don't have mice and roach problems here... UPDATE: My bathroom ceiling has been leaking for years with dirty water and pee! Maintenance just keeps patching it up and they always take forever to finish something simple! This is just ridiculous!"

"Maintenance is terrible . Office never answers emails or calls . Not to mention I’ve had a mouse issue for almost a year now (not the only resident with this issue) & they’re not doing anything about it . Won’t move me into a vacant unit to address the issue properly , even though I have 3 little kids in my home . Numerous emails about it & all they did was set 2 traps out which did nothing . I loved this place when I first moved in 4 years ago , but it’s gone completely downhill so fast since then . Don’t recommend ."

"These apartments are cool. They are income based so you may not be able to get into easily. They just got new management too and I heard the new management are a-holes, but a nice quiet place to live."

"Not pleased with our experience here. We've been here for a year and are leaving when our lease is up. The apartments are older and need updates, rent is pretty reasonable which is nice, but there are a lot of issues. A couple of months ago the management company changes hands to Bluestone Properties which has been AWFUL! You can't get in touch with anyone when you need them, after hours contact took them over an hour and a half to respond. There is hardly ever anyone in the office, they don't answer the phone, the people who are at the front desk are not friendly or helpful, nor are they knowledgable and willing to help. They don't enforce parking so good luck finding a spot close to your apartment. I've been extremely disappointed with this distant third party handler. Excited to be moving out!"

"I have lived her for almost four years and I regret every day. This will be my last year here, and I'm not upset about it one bit. These apartments are crap. My cabinets are from the 80's, maybe even the 70's. When I first moved I I was promised new cabinets and a few outlets fixed that were not working. None of those have yet to be taken care of. I have requested it with each lease I sign and nothing is ever done, EVER! When I first signed my lease the rent was $640, it is now $800 and I still have yet to get my upgrades. The management staff does not care about the people who live here. There are a lot of spiders and bugs. Super annoying. Neighbors are loud and don't care much about the people around them. I understand I live in older apartments and some stuff can't be changed easily, that being said the staff could be more compassionate to the people who actually live here. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!"
