"This review is for the caring and intelligent receptionist who helped me tremendously! My daughter developed a toothache and I was trying to find a dentist to see her asap as it was a toothache and her current dentist did not have any appointments available. I had called about 12 other dentist offices and they all did not have appointments either, as well actually the case with this dentist, but the receptionist thought about it and told me to call Golden State Endodontics in Vallejo. I called and thankfully was able to get an appointment the next day and they were able to diagnose and alleviate her pain, it ended up not being a cavity but a misalignment of her tooth. All previous 12 receptionists just told me no we don’t have any appointments, but the receptionist here thought about it and went the extra mile to recommend a solution to a distraught Mom. He is great at making me feel relaxed in the chair, to the point that he occasionally has to pause his work while I laugh at his jokes. Whenever I see him, I get the feeling he truly cares about my dental health, as he often inquires about my hygiene practices and suggests areas of improvement.
