"Ive lived here not even three months and my car got broken into. Should’ve listened to the reviews. Friendly staff and beautiful apartments, but i just dont feel safe here anymore. There is barely any lights where i park, which makes it easier for the perps to get away. Went to the office to report it and got told it happens everywhere and there was nothing they could do??? Ive rented apartments in the hermitage area for five years and have never once gotten my car broken into. You’d think to feel safe in a gated community, but in reality anyone could walk into this community, as they keep the walk in gates open 24/7. Will be looking about other apartments, while waiting till my lease ends."

"Don’t waste your time leasing here. The neighbors are very loud and disrespectful playing loud music all hours of the day and the management refuses to do anything about it. We were told to call the “courtesy officer” who never answers the phone or returns calls and when we went to speak with someone in the office we were told that he is in trouble for not doing his job but yet our only option is to call him. They force you to pay $30 monthly for valet trash and the trash gets left there almost every night, they come up with every excuse in the book as to why they wouldn’t take it and other times just leave it without a reason other than being lazy. Towing for parking in reserved parking spots is a scam. People don’t care and park in our reserved spot and once again we called our “Courtesy officer” and were told he called a tow truck and the next day the car was still in our spot. The “courtesy officer” and management is lazy, rude, and just don’t care about residents."

"We lived here for over 3 years and loved it. Management was great and maintenance fixed things fast. The best thing was no brown recluse spiders. We never had trouble with this place and only moved because we wanted a bigger yard for the dog and needed more space for a 3rd roommate at a house. The only complaint I had was a noisy upstairs neighbor but that’s not a problem with the apartment. I recommend this place still and feel like it’s a good price and great place to live."

"I love living at Canyon Ridge, and my apartment is beautiful! The entire staff at Canyon Ridge is awesome!!! They are friendly, courteous, and give great customer service. Tim Kahle was my apartment sales person, and he gave me Royal treatment: from walking me through rent café in the business center, to helping me with every detail to sign my lease; I was thrilled with my experience, and I love my new apartment home!!! Ada invited me to a Tuesday night resident party and that helped me to decide that this place was really a safe and good environment! The residents are cordial and kind. They are like extended family. We had delicious food and the clubhouse is excellent! Kara helped me get a reserved parking space. There are several other community amenities: 2 pools, 24 hour gym, sauna, resident, car wash, valet trash, FAB clubhouse, and more! Canyon Ridge is running some special rent deals so definitely check those out. They also give incentives to residents for recommending this amazing community, so if you rent an apartment, tell them, Cristaña sent you… And definitely look me up. One of my new neighbors even made 10 trips up and down the stairs to help me move in. This is really a special place!!! Cristaña"

"Maintenance staff was amazing and always on time with maintenance requests. The office staff on the other hand was great until we had an issue or needed help. Especially Kara on the move-out walk through very rude and disrespectful when it came to my questions and concerns. She then proceeded to add charges that I had not been aware of and signed for. Very unprofessional when I asked about them then proceeded to charge me and ignore my additional questions."
