"Kim has a beautiful spirit!! It was a delight visiting the salon and I loved being able to book and have a one on one session with her. I went in to get my lashes done for my birthday. I ended up getting eyebrow wax as well and They were pretty leaving but I had a lot of irritation in my eyes. The next day I could not see and had to put warm compresses on my eyes to function. 48 hrs later my eyes were red and close to closing. I called to get Kim’s assistance and she said I could come down. When I got there she was in another session and said come back another 15 min. It was raining so I decided to leave. Kim did try to rectify the issue but I declined. I went to another lash tech by my hotel to get them removed. I would return to this salon because of the wonderful time I had with the owner just to say Hi if I’m in town. I only got lashes but because of the experience I’m a little nervous about any other service."

"Kim is the best, and I schedule my manicure appointments with her every 2-3 weeks. She always does a great job with the gel manicure and always has a good selection of colors."

"She sculptured my nails 3 days ago and the broke the first time I go to work I don’t work hard at all and when I called her to fix them on Tuesday, she said because they broke three days ago. She’s not going to fix them but she’s closed on Monday and she said she was going to charge me for one when they just broke on their own. This was my favorite please but now I can’t say that because she won’t fix my nails now I have to find another nail salon also my nail is bleeding in the middle of my broken nail if I have to go to the hospital, I might have to sue."
