"I had one of 4 deep cleaning appointments this week. Reflecting back on the experience I think I need to have something beyond the topical numbing for this process. My hygienist added extra topical when I asked for it, but I seemed to be extra sensitive for whatever reason. I kept feeling the needles during the first part of the process. Maybe for my next appointment I need a regular shot? I will ask when I get there."

I could be getting my cleaning at my dentist's, but I specifically get them done here, with Natalie, because I trust her and she is thorough without hurting. The whole staff is great! "I have never been treated the way I have been treated here. The staff was nice enough. However Dr. Tam is terrible. She is a bully and shames her patients. After following all of her treatment plan, she thought I had missed an appointment. She then decided to berate me about my teeth saying I am not taking it seriously and all my teeth would fall out. She has been pushing me to have a $2000 surgery out of pocket. I went to another dentist after having such a terrible experience. My new dentist is a million times better. And instead of having the 2k surgery, he is breaking the work up which will be more cost effective. Those of us with dental disease understand the stigma of having bad teeth. This dentist will make you feel even worse. Don't give her the business."
