"Standard Assembly has by far the most involved community I've seen. Every week they have something planned for us, whether it be a Thursday night football viewing party and cookout or bringing chefs in to teach us how to make our own pasta and/or sushi. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I moved here in the fall/winter, but I 'm excited to use our pool and rooftop lounge amenities this summer. And let's not forget to mention the free coffee (they supply the beans from locally owned businesses)! It's also within walking distance to great local eateries, which can be important to many residents."

The team here organizes a ton of events and social events so that you can get to know your neighbors. The amenities are great as well and access to major roadways is fast and easy so commuting is a breeze!
