"If you like the smell of weed and cigs this is your place!! The apartment states no smoking but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Homeless sleep in the stairwell. 20 US Marshall’s were at the complex last week. Of course residents were not notified of this. Cars get stollen from the parking garage. Bullets go through the first floor apartments. Shootings all night long. Cigs in the gym. Most of the doors no longer require a fob to enter so anyone can walk in. The list goes on and on! Leasing office never answers the phone. If you disregard these reviews atleast have protection for yourself here. They stated there was a security guard but nobody has seen him."

"I applied to rent an ADA compliant apartment with them (as I am in a wheelchair) and just to apply you have to pay $65 for the application fee $225 for an administrative fee and $200 for a security deposit and if you withdraw your application none of it is refunded not even the deposit. I understood that the application fee and administrative (whatever that is) was non-refundable, but the security deposit as well. Renter Beware!"

"This is the first time in my life that I make a bad comment about a place. The houses on the website and the houses in the apartment are definitely not the same. I had to go there 3 times to see one house. Even though I had an appointment, the assistant told me that she had urgent work and could not show me the house and continued to sit there. When I went 2 days later, they offered me a more expensive house and although I accepted it, they did not show me. The manager and his assistant were really bad. When we wanted to talk to the manager he spoke to us in a bad manner. Everything written about this place is completely true and I definitely do not recommend it."

"Pros: rooms are very nicely decorated. The artwork on the walls brings together the hotel experience with the home like room designs. Also, many downtown night spots are within walking distance to this hotel. Cons: there is no dedicated parking for hotel guests. The hotel does point this out before check in on their website, but this is a really big deal if you are planning on staying more than a day as parking can be very expensive. Also the onsite gym is accessible, but is an extra cost. Plan ahead if you are wanting to use it."

Please read the bad reviews, as that is actually a depiction of what it is like to live here !! - they incentivize residents to leave good reviews This was a horrible apartment complex to live at for 15 months. This complex prioritizes the short term rentals (airbnbs) over their long term residents. The biggest issue being the noise. If you are as unlucky as I am to live beneath one of these short term rentals, I promise you will never get a good nights sleep again. Everyday for the last 15 months I have been woken up between the hours of 12am - 4am due to guest coming home. They stomp, run, slam furniture, slam luggage, scream, play loud music, and everything else in between. LC Sobro offers zero remedy to this issue. The only option you have is to call the actual police department to come help with the noise. When addressing this with the front staff, they asked me to provided video evidence. I provided them with over 10 minutes worth of the unbearable noise and told them I could continue to provide as much evidence as needed. The front staff became condescending, rude, and provided no solution except for me to move into a worse or more expensive apartment. If you can get through the night with the noise, you will then have constant banging and slamming of furniture during the day due to the cleaning crew that has to come in multiple times a week since it is essentially a hotel room. They will not inform you that an airbnb is the unit above you when touring/moving in. Next is the fact that this complex is so unsafe. Not only do you have random people walking through your building and using the amenities, because this place is a hotel, but you also can not find a parking spot. Once again, they prioritize the short term rentals by reserving many spots throughout the garage for the cleaning crew and random guests. Which leaves the residents having to park on the street. As many other reviews have shown, when you park in those lots your car will absolutely be broken into. They have also now decided to add a fee for parking, which is comical considering there are not enough spot for all residents to park in the garage! The elevator will be broken multiple times a month. It was broken the day I toured (should’ve taken that as a sign) and it will be broken again and again and again. To which you have to play this fun game of not being able to get back into your apartment because they lock the doors to the stairwell. Probably because you have random people walking in and out of your apartment complex at all times. I promise you can find a better apartment complex in Downtown Nashville. Do not waste your time here."
