"You cannot get in contact with anyone. Once you do they feed you poor information, take your money, and put you through all lease loop holes and never get back with you. These apartments are suppose to be for STRUGGLING ARTIST they have two complexes Ryman Lofts and Nance place. They let people in that they want to stay there. I’m moving from out of state and currently staying in a hotel Scott Lee was the worst leasing agent I could of possibly worked with. He fed my mom and I lies. You can’t even tour the complex. They have this setup to where only people in the area can stay here. I wish anyone the best if they can get in. Shaquana was also my leasing agent she did what she could but did seem interested in helping me secure my studio apartment."

"I have been trying to get in contact with them all day about my interest in renting with them. The phone number goes straight to voicemail and there is no email for me to reach them. It says I must make an appointment to speak with them but every time I try to do that I am asked to login... Login to what? There is no option to create an account anywhere on their website. very difficult. This is really just another attempt to get in contact with them"
