"They want to give us an apartment that is facing the parking lot while we already applied online for an apartment facing the Player's court #403 Taohe. We sent 2 emails and nobody is answering to our emails to resolve this issue. First thing is that they are wasting our time, and second thing is that they don't understand that the people have needs to work and live in this area. Hope that somebody may wake up and taking their own responsibilities for which they are payed from this company and to resolve this situation immediately. We payed already the fee for the application $50 each, total $100. And still no solution at all! Nobody is able to give us any reasonable answer why they want to give us an apartment that we didn't choose. My name is Eno and I use another email under the name Enrico because I don't like spam email or scams email. But, never mind, what I'm advising you as a former manager of hotels and B&B in Italy is to remain alongside the people needs. Your company is offering them a house and not just some days of a stay as I offered them in my B&B long time ago. You have to consider that the people who are knocking at your doors are not just tourist but people who needs a roof upon their heads and to live and work in the area where you guys are. Maybe they have emergency to find immediately a house. We can't read people's mind but our duty is to be always available, in any time, ready to respond to the emergencies and their requests and to help them to find a house according their requests and not to be passive or indifferent and not answering the emails in time. We lost those $100 for the application fees and now we are moving forward to find better possibilities. Better solutions because I'm not a bank or the Federal Reserve to donate money to the people who doesn't respond to my needs in time. Thank you for your reply to my review."

"Move out already but still got charged for the insurance? Can someone explain to me??? When I live there the staff are really nice but when I move out, they don’t even response any words regarding anything, this is not how business is supposed."
