7 at Seven Mile Creek

"7 at 7 mile creek seems like a very great place to stay. I am in the process of applying and the staff is very friendly and supportive. I want to give a special shout out and thank you to Ariel! She was very attentive to my needs and eager to answer any questions that I did have. She made sure to leave no stone unturned and I really felt informed about every feature of the facility. If this is any indication of how my living experience will be in case I need anything during my stay, then I would definitely say 10/10 highly recommend! Thanks Ariel!"

"IF I CAN GIVE A ZERO STAR I WILL.PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE OF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CAR BROKEN INTO PLEASE DONT MY CAR GOT BROKEN INTO ON CHRISTMAS EVE WITH OTHER PEOPLE CARS THEN NEW YEAR DAY FOLKS GOT THEY CARS BROKEN INTO AGAIN.WHEN I SPOKE TO KIKI SHE WAS LIKE SHE SORRY THAT IT HAPPENED AND THE GATE WAS GOING BE UP SOON .BUT MIND YOU NOW RENT IS ALMOST $2000 A MOST NO GATE .DID GET ANYTHING OFF MY RENT OR ANYTHING.NOW ON YEAR DAY 3 OTHER CARS GET BROKEN INTO THIS MORNING 1/1/2024 WHEN I LEFT THE HOUSE THEY Security guards both cars was parked by each other and was sleep.PLEASE LET ME BE THE SECURITY GUARD HERE.THEY CARE BESIDE TELLING YOU THBE UP SOON.THEY DONT CARE BESIDE RENT.THATS ALL.I HAVENT EVEN STAYED IN THESE APARTMENT FOR A WHOLE YEAR ONLY 3 MONTHS.WHEN I SAY IM ABOUT TO BRAKE MY LEASE VERY SOON.ANY GIVEN DAY OR MOMENT EVERYONE CAR WILL GET BROKEN INTO .JUST DONT MOVE HERE"

"My husband, brother and I took a tour of the Seven bldg. I must say it was a great presentation and experience. The representative ARIEL was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She was honest and upfront about the property. I high recommend if you are looking to move, take a tour and make this your new dwelling. I wish there is a bldg like this in NYC/Westchester area. My brother is seriously considering to move. Side Note: I like how management in the bldg works as a team and compliments each other. Ariel spoke highly of her colleagues."

"The Over-The-Phone Customer Service: A grade. Top-tier. The Best Support Team I have experienced. I spoke with Ariel, seeking more knowledge on what 7 has to offer and everything required for verifying my inhabitance of residency. She stayed on the phone with me for 30+ minutes, going through every, single, rabbit hole, humanly possible, allowing me to joke around, here and there, and taking it with tongue and cheek, not expressing any distaste or a want to get off the phone. It made me feel accepted, calm, and you could tell you were being heard by someone who cares. And, sure, I could go on for an essay or so, yet I think you get the point. I ended up with a page full of notes, understandings, and truths that will help me compare and contrast, later on, between my potentials. And there is nothing better for a person, seeking a new home, than the clarity of what you are getting into, and how the process is run across the board. I appreciate the great length taken to be a decent person, and at the very least, appearing as patient, kind, comfortable, amiable, charismatic, persistent, consistent, and conclusive within describing all the positives of the service in which they are providing. She did an excellent job. And no, one good egg doesn't mean the entire batch is perfect, but based off this egg, I would probably not take a second glance, before buying the whole dozen. 7 at 7 Miles Creek is definitely a top contender on my multitude of options for living, simply due to this interaction and the values it's staff has portrayed to me.
