The Morris Apartments

"Moved into a new place recently and Lauren was wonderful! She made everything so smooth & easy, and it’s obvious she really cares about residents and goes above and beyond. Her genuine and kind nature is very much appreciated! She also is so sweet with my dog and that means a lot. The Morris is a lovely place to call home, not only for the building itself being so gorgeous but for the sense of community that is fostered within it. My apartment is perfect and I’m SO HAPPY. I love having the concierge and appreciate them always being here for us. Maintenance is always on top of things, are really a hard working team, and I especially appreciate the updates Neal sends out. I am grateful to call The Morris home! ◡̈"

"Living here was great until it was time to renew our lease. When the building sent the lease renewal, they increased our rent by a 1000 dollars! after being reassured that our rent will not be increased by more than 5% when we signed the leaese. After we moved out, the morris actually sold the apartment for less then what we paid. They basically forced us out even though we followed all the building's rules and paid our rent on time. Not only did they priced us out, they never gave us our deposit back! As someone else mentioned here, it is really difficult to get a hold of the leasing office, and for the 2 times that they finally bothered to answer, they were rude and blamed the delay on a system issue. It's been 5 months since we moved out! This building might seem nice, but for the 1 lease period you get to live there, it's not worth the headache. If anyone is reading this that is also waiting for their deposit please reach out"

"I just moved into The Morris last week and I worked with Lauren throughout the entire process. My experience with her was wonderful from the beginning to my move in date and beyond. I am so happy with this building and the staff here. I can't recommend Lauren and the building enough!"

"The apartment and its amenities were great. The property itself was very spacious and had an amazing view however, the leasing manager Lauren Redlowsk left a very poor impression upon touring the property for the first time. Before the start of the tour, there was no greeting from a leasing professional (Lauren) nor a follow up email concerning price quotes. After the self-guided tour, I had some follow up questions in regards to the property however, Lauren’s disposition came across as distasteful and uninviting. In addition, a welcome/ guest pamphlet or folder was not provided. Although this was a lovely property, the leasing services to perspective residents could be improved."

"Just finished the move in process with the Morris. Not only did Zola Bowman's amazing personality make a compelling case to move in, but the building itself is stunning! So many great amenities and one of the best rooftop views of Nashville in the city. Zola was incredibly patient and helpful with my plethora of questions regarding the move-in process. I can't recommend her or The Morris enough!"
