"About 3 years ago I had Elmwood dental do a crown for me. When they went to test fit the crown, they couldn't get it out. They tried for about 20 minutes and then gave up. So the crown was never glued in, just friction holding it in there. Fast Forward 3 years, and the tooth has died underneath the crown, I just had a root canal on it, and I'm having some of the worst medical symptoms of my life"
