"I have to give 1 star to leave a review. Unprofessional, Rude & Racist to Black Women. Steven is a very unprofessional. He called and told me come early and when I showed up and he saw me, and he did not want to do my pedicure because he was still mad because he did a bad job on my nails last time I was there and I respectfully complained… and he got mad and took it very personal and he did not want to give me a pedicure. He did my nails knowing that he does not do nails, which he told me but he said he could do it….,perhaps he needed the money. The manager fixed my nails and confirmed that “Steven” does not do nails good that he does pedicures and advised me to have someone else do my nails, next time… He has a very, very weird spirit to say the least… I also experienced and observed inappropriate, unprofessional and racist behaviors towards black women at this shop, such as “black women only” being called “momma” which I stopped them from calling me; and I’m younger than the female who called me that. He also took it very personal that I told the female to stop calling black women momma because he kept repeating the word “momma” while doing my pedicure when I was at the shop the last time. I asked him why are you saying “momma” still… as well that day… It’s unfortunate that in 2023 we have people who display unprofessional and racists behaviors towards black women who mainly patronize their business who provide them income and they treat them with unprofessionalism, racism and disrespect. I will never go back to this shop never again."

"OMG supposedly Julie does beautiful artwork on nails. Obviously not by the photo you see. Pretty sloppy I would say. They are extremely expensive and when I'm paying that kind of money my nails better be perfect and they weren't. You couldn't give me free services to go there again"
