"I'm a huge fan of Judy's work! Her workspace is within the Chic Salon on Broadway and it's beautiful. The bed is heated and comfortable. She's quick with a blanket if your feet get cold, and she's very skilled at delivering a painless and beautiful set of natural lashes. I've personally never been able to pile my mascara this high, but the result from a normal distance away looks incredibly natural. Anecdotally, my SO couldn't tell that I had done anything out of the ordinary! I'll be going back for touchups time and again!"
