"I used to come here all the time and recently I had a horrible experience with them that am shocked they did after years of me coming here. So be careful because if they screw up they won’t fix their own mistake without charging you. I went for a regular pedicure and they did the following: I requested a regular white pedicure polish with silver design. Not gel because I never get gel on my toes. The person who did my nails used regular nail polish and made a mistake of using gel nail polish to draw the design on my nails then dried it with a regular fan and came back to realize the color all melted on each other because she accidentally used gel nail polish on top of regular nail polish. It was the end of the day and they were closing so she said come back and we will remove the gel nail polish and repaint it free of charge because it’s our mistake. I told her am traveling and won’t be back for few weeks and she said fine. Four weeks later I go back and they had the audacity to pretend they don’t remember and that it’s been many months so I told them the date and the staff who did it also confirmed and they still charged me for removing that gel nail polish they applied for me and didn’t fix it for free like they said. I wasn’t going to review this if it was just about getting charged but it’s how rude they were and how they kept lying even with me showing them the receipt dates that it had been months. So next time any nail place makes a mistake I won’t pay until they fix it, I not only paid but also tipped well when they did it with the confidence they were going to fix their own mistake free of charge but they didn’t. Also, after coming here for years I have observed they are very rude to some people and very nice to others, and I don’t want to say it’s race related but I have observed a few incidents that make me think it is."

"Please be careful if you go here. I got a gel manicure which chipped the next day. In the tanning booth I noticed they didn't put the gel coat on it. The other fingers glowed like in blacklight. Then later that week I got a cuticle infection. Had to go to doctor and have it lanced and gave me antibiotics."

Was a super quick appointment-making process and I was the only one in the spa by the time I left so I got some nice special treatment. The people here are very professional and let you choose the coat of paint you want and what color- my nails still look great after a week and definitely feel like this place is special - also close to where I live. They have a very nice clean space and it's well kept."
