"Arianna is a fantastic hair stylist and I have been seeing her for years. But I’ve had 3 very disappointing experiences with scheduling recently. I’ve made 2 appointments online, the latest one for 1/4/24, only to show up and be told I was not on the schedule. So, standing there, I made an appointment for 1/6/24 at 11am. When I showed up today the same receptionist told me that since I didn’t call to confirm my appointment they gave it to someone else! This kind of incompetence does not deserve another chance. I won’t be going back."

"I was struggling to get the color I wanted at another salon, so I called Aya in a panic after a rather green toned color was applied at this other place. They asked for pics and details and when I arrived two days later to for a free consultation with Hillary, she had already spent time planning on how to fix my color and had pictures to show me. I loved that she took the time before I even was there! Then she squeezed me into her calendar a week later and my hair color has never been prettier!! She listened, she nailed it, she was fun, kind, and very talented. The salon is gorgeous, clean, and aveda products are so so nice. I’m thrilled and feel so taken care of at Aya!"
