"Honestly the WORST experience I have ever had with a dental service provider EVER. My two part crown procedure was PAINFUL including a puncture wound on my lower lip (outside of my mouth) courtesy of Katie Fogarty and the front office staff is beyond unprofessional. They charged my insurance company for 100% completion of a more expensive procedure that never happened when the work for a lesser procedure was only half done (they never told the insurance company that though). They offered in writing a 20% courtesy credit for the involuntary blood donation via my lip but later reneged on that promise. They then finally resubmitted the insurance claim after I insisted but with the wrong (higher) pricing still on the claim. They also tried adding a $350 "lab fee" that was NEVER submitted to the insurance company at all!! All in all, a VERY SHADY business operation with a rude and amateur front office staff, if you are looking for an honest and competent dental service provider PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS TERRIBLE PROVIDER."
