"First and last visit I made an appointment. They were 20 minutes late. I sat in pedicure water that turned cold because they made me wait a long time. I made the appointment for quick manicure and pedicure. They charged me for a deluxe manicure and pedicure. I paid $30 more than I was expecting to pay. It was my first time so I didn't know the difference between the services. I just knew the amount I wanted to pay that's why I made an appointment. It's very disorganized and I will not be back."
