"Dr. Lau has been our children's dentist for almost a decade at this point. He's fantastic for the routine cleanings and exams, and even more amazing in the challenging moments like a tooth extraction on a 5 year old. He has been a trusted sounding board for our family as we have navigated orthodontic choices and airway/apnea treatments with other practitioners. His office is warm and welcoming as well as efficient. Kids get to select DVDs to watch as they get teeth cleaned. Overall, he's been amazing for our children. Thanks Dr. Lau."

"Dental services are fine but they don't notify you what services are covered by insurance and what is out of pocket. We have good insurance through a corporate job and on several occasions received excessive bills, last one was for over $400 for my 9 year old for a basic filling. When we called they said they used a sealant that wasn't covered; we were not notified at the time of service and no help was provided when we called. We'll be looking for another family dentist."
