"This is a great place to live! Alissa and Hailey have been so helpful and the maintenance team is awesome. I highly recommend it"
"Great staff and very helpful. Took initiative to call me about updates and were friendly when I visited in person. Had a smooth move in when I reached out 1 week prior."
"The maintenance staff at this establishment has little regard for the privacy of the tenants. On numerous occasions I have had random maintenance workers enter my home WITHOUT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE/AUTHORIZATION/PERMISSION to complete a request for the tenants living below me. There have been times when I would find their supplies in my home and that was only indication given that anyone had entered my apartment without my knowledge. More often than not they would just open the door without any prior warning while I was in the bathroom (including a time I showered with the door ajar) and my partner was asleep; this happened on multiple occasions This was always to fulfill a claim put in by someone other the people living in my unit. On times when it WAS A claim that I or my partner made they still ignored my preference of contacting me before entry so I was never adequately notified prior to their arrival. I understand that we are renting and they may need to enter the apartment at various times but the lack of consideration and respect was appallingly disrespectful and invasive."
"I've lived here for over a year and would not recommend it. With the amount of police activity I have seen in the complex you would think it to be the property manager's due diligence to have security cameras installed. But when my car was broken into parked right outside my unit I was surprised to find out they've neglected to install any cameras with a view of the parking lots/common areas. Additionally, the "amenities" (dog park/gym/etc.) are poor quality and hardly maintained. For the price of renting here, I would expect a MUCH higher standard of living."
"If I could give zero stars I would. Lived at this apartment for 2 years. There was always issues with wasps and spiders inside the apartment. Anytime I would use the stove and oven at the same time both would shut off, and instead of replacing the noticeably old appliances they would just come, power everything off and turn it back on. There was chipped paint on the vents and walls when I moved in (which I notated) broken window panels, and a weird smell. I could tell the carpet had not been replaced or even cleaned. Despite all of this I did not complain. When I moved out I contacted the office to do a walk thru as I have done at prior properties I lived at. I was instructed to leave the key in my apartment, lock the door behind me, and never heard anything else (this was odd). I later received a email with charges for “damages to the apartment”. I understand there will be move out fees, however, the charges they were claiming were excessive. The move out email I received had photos of someone else’s apartment. I requested someone to follow up with me and still have not received a response. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m requesting again for someone to reach out to me. Maybe they’ll see it if I put it here."
