"I have been getting nonstop calls from this rental property for a month now. I toured their properties months ago, have since moved on. They continue to harass me with daily messages. I finally called to talk to someone. After I explained why I was calling, she asked for my name and hung up on me. I called back to talk to a manager. The manager was even more rude with her justification of a sales person doing her job. She hung up because she couldn't handle being told how customer service actually works. Repeatedly calling someone when there's no response whatsoever is harassment. I wouldn't bother with this property. Now I know they weren't worth my time. Extremely rude representation. You are representing a company for heavens sake. WOW! I'm sure her bosses don't know the extent of her rudeness to their customers. I'm sure she probably lies to cover herself and her assistance."

"We have been so happy with our choice of Amalie Apartments. The apartments are nicely updated, the location is fantastic and the management office is the best we have ever dealt with. They are super responsive and helpful with any questions we have."

"Overall been an okay experience. Had some problems with my AC and Door Lock when I first moved in but the maintenance men were very helpful and got me all fixed up! There needs to be more trash cans for dog poop around"

"In July of 2022, I sold my house and needed an apartment. I began to look and my experience was poor until I came to Amalie. From the very beginning, the property manager, Dulcie Navarro was friendly and made me feel welcome. She was patient with me as I tried to decide exactly what I wanted. After 6 months in a bottom level apartment, I was not happy. I even considered moving. I am still here because Dulcie, once again, patiently helped me to find the right apartment. I now have a sunny apartment with a terrific view of the downtown skyline. It suits me and my cat Marabella perfectly! One other thing I'll mention, the Resident Portal, is a great way to communicate my needs with staff and to make rent payments. Thank you."

"I am give three stars for the complete lack of communication from Katie in the office. I have lived here seven months and the leak inside and outside my refrigerator is STILL not fixed!! I have emailed, called, and stopped by the office to inquire. They chipped a bowl of mine during a maintenance request and leave the lights/fan on for hours which wastes my electricity after completing a maintenance request. I am thankful I don’t hardly ever hear my neighbors. However, my apartment does smell like smoke with the neighbors are smoking next door. Disgusting. I have to light candles and oftentimes have an allergic reaction to it. My kitchen has been infested with mini roaches which have gotten better the past few months. This summer, I had a terrible invest of fruit flies. I set out multiple traps for months and they’re still not completely gone. Katie is very nice to your face but has no follow through whatsoever. I came into the office a few weeks ago and she was on a personal call and was visibly upset. She talked for five minutes while I just stood there. I finally just left. Extremely unprofessional. The phone is never answered. Overall, I love living here but have been frustrated too many times to count. Update: 3/21/19 I have a new fridge! My bug issue has been resolved. It also doesn’t smell like smoke nearly as bad. Glad to see a new face, Joey, in the office. I decided to renew my lease for another year. Love the addition of the smart home that I can control from my phone. Makes it convenient to change the temp and let people in from my cell phone. I attached some photos of the inside.
