"WORST HAIRCUT EVER! UNEVEN & UGLY!! I wish I could give them zero stars. Since the owner cut my hair!!! I walked in to get my hair colored and unfortunately couldn't because of the previous color in my hair. So they were very informative on the way hair should be colored and treated so I decide to just get my hair cut since I needed one bc of my split ends and was told to come back for a later time for hair color since I did not have the time to get my hair colored with the process they said it would take. BUT.....although I did not have time for a hair color treatment, the owner must not have had time for my HAIR CUT!! She rushed thru my haircut, started cutting before spraying, and said she would take off an inch but it was clearly more than that! My hair was literally to the end of my back, and I walked out with it at the tip of my shoulder blade, and it was uneven. REALLY UNEVEN!!! Who the hell gets a haircut and still has split ends?!?!! And again the cut was HORRIBLE!!!!! I will be cancelling my hair color appointment here. No need to go back for a big process like that if they couldn't even get something as simple as a haircut correct!"
