"I’ve been here maybe 3 years ago and the guy Juan cut my hair and left it perfect. Time passed by and I came back to get another cut since I was satisfied the first time. I asked him to cut only my dead ends and to not leave it short because it was pretty long. I asked him to leave it below my shoulders and to leave it in layers. This guy cut my damn hair near my shoulders and left it horrible. I told him that I liked it because I’m the type of person to not express my feelings well. Like for example I won’t be honest because i don’t want to say something that will hurt someone’s feelings or that will offend someone. Anyways I said I liked it when in reality I wanted to cry my eyes out. I went to the front so I can pay and he asked me my name I said Natalie and he said “Olga it is”. I said excuse me I said Natalie. He was like “Olga is easier to spell” I felt so disrespected and humiliated. When I walked out the door to hed home I started balling my eyes out I was crying all the way home. I even cried myself to sleep. Yes, it was that bad. Another experience I had with him was when the guy Juan was talking to my mom and asking questions about her personal life like where she’s from and stuff like that. Then he goes on by asking how many kids she’s got. She responded with 3 and he goes on by saying “uyy y porque tanto niños?” ,“wow and why so much?”. This upsetted her because he had no right to judge her for having lots of kids. Mind you when he said that it was in such an offensive tone. So yeah those are 2 experiences we had with this guy named Juan. The ladies there don’t know how to properly cut hair as well they left my sister with slanted hair. I recommend you save your money and spend it elsewhere."

"Its a great place for great prices....and the STaff is very dedicated...my son is now 18 years old now....he's been going there since he was 4 years old..Edith our hairdresser is the best , I've gone all over San Francisco looking for someone like Edith but I just can't find anyone who understands my sons hair pattern and cow licks...she is up to date on the latest styles and Josie too...."
