"Arrive Bellevue is a great option if you want to see non-residents sleeping in their cars right in front of your unit. If you like living in a complex that turns the water off on a weekly basis for a day or more at a time, this is the place for you. If you like living in a complex that charges you nearly $75/month for trash yet can’t contain their dumpster area or get their vendors to actually pick up your trash like they’re supposed to, this is the place for you. The gate has always been broken, which is scary considering the 2 shootings that have happened within half a mile of the complex in the last month. It takes forever for maintenance to come fix issues. It is rare to get the office to answer the phone. **Update since I can’t reply to Arrive’s response. I should be able to express these concerns to the management office, not a customer feedback email that probably won’t do anything with my email. However, management never answers the phone. After several attempts, I finally got through to someone in the office yesterday to schedule an appointment with the assistant property manager (what a process!) to terminate my lease early. ***I took off of work to attend the meeting with the assistant property manager only for Aaliyah to rudely tell me that the manager wouldn’t speak with me and wouldn’t reschedule our meeting. I came back today to schedule a meeting and was completely ignored by Aaliyah. I had to wait until the other staff member came into the room to help me."
"My boyfriend and I moved to Arrive Bellevue in May 2023, which has become our biggest regret. We were promised a washer and dryer upon moving in, but after waiting for over two months, we decided to purchase our own because we were tired of waiting. Despite paying for pest control every month, we have had to deal with many spiders and bugs in our apartment. I purchased renter's insurance through my car insurance company and informed the apartment management that I had my own policy. However, my policy remained pending for a week, and despite trying to contact them multiple times, I received no response. I decided to visit them in person, but every time I went there, nobody was in the leasing office. I even escalated the issue to corporate, and they confirmed that they would accept my policy. However, my policy still showed as pending, and finally, the assistant property manager got back to me and asked me to email them a copy of my renter's insurance. Even after sending the email, they failed to update my renters' insurance, and I eventually had to cancel my policy with my car insurance provider. They decided to start construction on the pipes without informing us. They shut off our water supply multiple times in the span of three months. On February 3rd, they informed us that the water would be shut off on Sunday, February 4th from 9 am to 5 pm. However, they failed to mention that the water supply would be shut off from 5 pm on Saturday until 10 am on Monday. My boyfriend and I decided to get a hotel as we were not willing to go without water another night. After that, my boyfriend reached out to corporate with our hotel receipt for reimbursement, but they did not respond. On February 8th there was a gas leak earlier that morning and we were not informed until 1 pm. The management tried to appease us by offering pizza, which was a slap in the face for them to think that would make up for the inconvenience caused. I would recommend anyone not to move to Arrive Bellevue as it is not worth the outrageous prices of rent they charge. My previous apartment was bad, but it was much better than Arrive Bellevue. If I could break my lease right now, I would. Please save yourself the stress and apply elsewhere."
"1 star is too many. In the last 40 days or so, resident’s water has been turned off about 8 times. So about every 5 days you will be without water if you choose to live here. It is definitely something to consider if you have children you can not bathe or if you want to be hygienic while you cook food. They offered residents pizza; which is cool I guess, but I can’t take a shower with pizza. They offered us the opportunity to take a shower at the local YMCA, but that’s not where I pay my rent. Also the trash valet, in my experience, rarely comes when they’re supposed to. Definitely the cheapest option in this area but there’s a reason. If you’d like to use bottles of water they gift you instead of your actual bathtub, this might be the place for you!"
"Notice all the good reviews are almost immediately after moving in, as in the first week or two. This is possibly the worst place to live in and around Nashville. My apartment is covered in roaches and has been from day one. We have made several complaints and this issue has not been resolved. Our water is basically off more often than it’s not. At one point we were told we could not park on the property due to the “parking lot being repaired”. There was not a single piece of asphalt repaired after the temporary parking lot eviction. My neighbors are constantly smoking weed and being extremely loud all hours of the night. When you call the front office to complain about anything they just apologize and claim they will get back with you, mean while you wait patiently for the call you will never receive. Our bath in both bathrooms is fully clogged atleast once and month. The best part is when you know they can tell how bad it is so they try and purchase your forgiveness, not with a free month or even discounted rates for a limited time, but a pizza party for the entire complex. That’s real corporate America right there, if there’s a problem just give everyone pizza. I won’t even begin to talk about the stolen cars or even their own maintenance vehicle being stolen as well. This place is truly terrible. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy."
"This is the worst place to live. There has been construction work blocking off one of the entrances for 2 months or more, and the water has been cut off multiple times. We are given texts stating the water will be back on by a certain time, and it never is. They lie and never update residents until last minute, if at all. The last time the water was cut off, it was for over 24 hours. It was turned off well before we were told it would be, and it was cut back on well after we were told it would be. The 5 day a week trash service that you are forced to pay is a lie. While construction has been going on, there has been a dumpster placed near the back entrance which is overflowing most of the time. There are 2 gates that have not worked in the year and a half I have been here. They advertise that this place is gated but it’s not. The gates have never been locked and anyone can enter. Good luck getting your maintenance orders taken care of in a timely manner. Whoever sends the mass texts in the office has horrible grammar and punctuation, a testament to how little effort is put into running this place. The staff does the bare minimum and the only people who are easy to deal with are the maintenance guys, the only staff who actually do any real work. I’m sure they will put a generic reply to this comment but don’t let it fool you. They do not care."
