"I took my daughter on a Saturday and we saw the incredible Dr. Wilson. She was our regular doctor.. Monday rolls around and my daughter is rapidly declining and I take her in for another visit. We got Dr. Michelle and she would not listen to me, blew me off, would not do a X-ray like I asked. We left and went to er diagnosed with pneumonia and a collapsed lung. Sadly Dr. Mitchell is the reason we will never be back."

"Worst customer experience you can get. The front desk reps don't like to help. Nurse practitioner is super hard to reach. They are unable to send a simple prescription refill."

"We've always seen Dr. Higgenbotham at the Cordova location and it is always a great experience from start to finish. We have moved to Collierville and had a new baby. We saw Dr. Fesmire in the hospital and he was an absolute joy. So we decided to try the Collierville location. We walk in and there are 2 ladies at the front desk. Neither look up or speak. So we stand there for close to 5 minutes with no acknowledgement at all. One of the ladies was on the phone but the other lady literally just sat there and did a great job avoiding eye contact. The other lady gets off the phone and they start having a random conversation still not acknowledging us. Finally one asks for baby's info in the most dry unwelcoming voice ever. At least say hello, sorry for the wait or something. So we decide to turn around and walk out and one of the women then tries to argue with us on the way out. Extremely unprofessional. If you work at a pediatric office and can't do a better job making paying customers and new babies feel welcome, you should work elsewhere. We'll be returning to the Cordova location even if it's a longer drive. I'm sure this office overall is excellent but I can't and won't deal with bad customer service."

"I loved our doctor here, she was amazing. It is apparently impossible to get access to your own Childrens medical records, so while I would choose our doctor again, I would probably only do so if she was at another practice because the admin staff here are so incompetent. I’ve been trying to obtain medical records for 3 weeks, with all the correct paperwork, faxed and called 2-4 times each week with nothing to show for it. I can’t proceed with medical care for my children in another state because we don’t have any records. The phone number for medical records is never answered and the voicemail box is full and won’t accept any new messages. Beware."
