IMT 8 South

"This is not a luxury apartment building by any means. The office staff is friendly, but the property is severely lacking. In the year I have lived here, there have been numerous continued issues. Some big ones include: 1. Pet feces and vomit in the hallways, elevator, and outdoor pool area for extended periods 2. Water leaks in the hallways that are not fixed for months with the carpet being continually soaking wet 3. The valet trash service is often missed. 4. The parking garage gate breaking continually 5. The elevators breaking down numerous times. 6. Several amenities being constantly broken, as well as other problems. Other reviews attest to similar issues. Many of these problems are reported to the office by multiple people with slow/little to no action being taken to resolve. For the price that is paid I expect a luxury or at least a properly maintained property, both of which this is not. Needless to say, I am moving to another property up the street with a significantly lower rate for the same amenities and suggest others do the same. PS. this photo of the a water leak was taken 4 months ago and has not changed."

"Jonathan and the team, Kaitlyn and Michelle, made it super easy! Honestly, one of the simplest (yet still thorough) move-in experiences we’ve ever had. A friendly welcome, easy to sign all forms, and super easy to navigate the loading dock with our movers. The staff continue to answer any questions we have with a warm smile, and we are already feeling right at home after only 10 days. The facilities are top notch, and the building is clean and well-maintained. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Community is active."
