"Hi. I lived at the Duet Apartments for a year during 2023/24. I needed to move to be nearer to downtown. I had an excellent experience at Duet. My apartment was modern, homey and very comfortable, and quiet. There are several amenities, like a nice size gym, and an outdoor swimming pool and chill area. The building had several upgrades, that made it even more enjoyable. I have to say, that each member of the management staff was great! This is rare. They were all friendly, responsive and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Grade A. Plus, the maintenance staff was very friendly and well trained. They helped me quickly and effectively with any issue that came up. Duet should be on your Nashville apartment hunting list."

"I truly enjoyed living here; it’s probably one of my favorite apartments I’ve lived in. I loved the amount of counterspace and the size of the kitchen, and the bedroom area was perfect for our bed and an office area. Being close to Centennial was amazing for long walks with my pup! The treats in the leasing office are a plus too. Living here was such a breath of fresh air after having some difficult landlords. Arri was super helpful and knowledgeable throughout the application process, and the maintenance staff was quick to respond to any issues."

"DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. They advertise as a “luxury apartment” and they are anything but — the management is the WORST. They will convince you to move in & then will never respond to your emails ever again. They will charge fees for no reason and then will not answer emails OR phone calls to explain why the charges are there or how to remove them. I have never lived in a place with worse management … if I could give zero stars I would. Live anywhere else except this complex."

"Stopped by to tour and the community was beautiful. Beautifully maintained property/units. I was most impressed with the staff. Tammy was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in the door she had a smile on her face and was very knowledgeable about the community. I would rent simply because of her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Love my new apartment, well maintained, very friendly and kind people. And the staff is amazing! So much to offer like my favorite is the fitness gym also has a beautiful courtyard with a fire pit where you can hangout and enjoy BBQ!! Also a beautiful swimming pool for the summer along with a game room and much more!! I highly recommend these apartments with a beautiful patio to enjoy a cup of coffee!! I would also like to add what a great Maintenance Team, Jeff and William what a great job that they are doing, they were right here when something needed done.
