"This is such a beautiful property! The layouts are spacious and have everything you need. I loved the amenities especially the co-working space. The location is super convenient to downtown. Best of all, Jen and Joey provided amazing customer service! They are so friendly and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong at Arya!"

"Every negative review you see on here is 100% correct and the positive ones are employees/paid. I do not even know where to begin. They are more concerned about outward appearance than making the complex more livable. They would rather spend money on painting the hallways (which are constantly disgusting with or without fresh paint) and landscaping (which has shattered glass all in the mulch) than fixing the gate that NEVER works, or updating the outdated entry systems into the buildings. Theft had become a huge issue for me toward the end (as I see others have also experienced) as a package was not only stolen right from my doormat but my car was broken into parked smack in the middle of this “secure” gated complex — which tells me the theft stems from current residents residing in the complex so enjoy your neighbors!!! Getting anything fixed is never simple. I had experienced an issue with my dryer and maintenance told me he would need to come back the following week- never showed. I had submitted 5 separate requests for my fridge/freezer over the span of MONTHS and upon move out still did not have a working appliance. I had a medication in the freezer that needed to be frozen and I lost it. This is not to mention that my 3rd floor unit somehow flooded almost every time we get somewhat heavy rain I have experienced ants crawling out from the walls behind my cabinets, there is absolutely no storage in the unit and they want you to pay minimum $35 a month for a closet that is in the hallway (bug infested and not temp controlled), elevators are consistently down, you’ll pay $25 a month for trash pickup that is less than reliable, and every single friend I have ever had in this complex has either paid to break their lease or refused to resign a new one. Now, 2 months post move out, I cannot get my deposit back when the unit was cleared of damage and I was told I would have no charges. Bottom line - live anywhere else."

"For the most part I really enjoy living at Glassworks! I love my apartment and the location. The apartment style is very modern and beautiful. My apartment closet is a great huge size and I appreciate the in unit washer/dryer. The most frustrating part is the parking. If you don’t get back home at the right time it is a pain finding a decent spot. The spots are super narrow, it’s insane. I have a pretty slim vehicle and the spots are still too slim for me. Some of the basic SUVs are almost wider than the spots themselves or at least side mirror to side mirror. And then it’s worsened cause people are having to park over lines which takes away from the already limited spots. The indoor stairwells are pretty gross with cob webs and so many spiders. I try to avoid them but with the frequency the elevators shut down, sometimes have to. Otherwise, I loveee the pool and the community room with the frothy monkey coffee & shuffleboard table! The coffee is a great amenity. The pool, outdoor fireplace, and grill are great. The view over the back trees & soccer fields are so appreciated. The rent price has gotten a little steep as well. I moved in just a year ago and it’s climbed quite a bit. Overall content, but definitely some complaints."

"Lived at Apex for 15 months and LOVED IT! I recently moved out and regret breaking my lease. The apartments are brand new, well taken care of and beautiful! I also loved the area, it’s in the perfect location to go anywhere in town. Never had to get any works orders, but if I did they were fixed immediately! There is also a nice walking trail towards the titans stadium as well. Only thing is that their staff does change frequently not sure why. Parking does SUCK, the parking spaces are super narrow in some areas, but overall had a great experience."
