Reviews
"This place is garbage with zero security. My sunroof was smashed by thieves along with the vehicles of 10 other residents'. If you want a safe place to live, look elsewhere because this is a routine happening, according to my conversations with fellow residents. Management, specifically Chris, take no responsibility for these criminal occurrences, much less the money it costs for car repairs that their residents incur. I am in the process of suing for lack of security within the complex. If I could give zero stars, I would. STAY AWAY if you value safety and security regarding your person, family, and property."
"I have visited this complex many times, as many different friends have lived here. I have always parked in the guest parking spots, but occasionally they are full and I park in an unmarked spot. With out any warning, my car was booted tonight for the first time at 9pm while I was visiting a friend for his birthday. I understand wanting to have spots that are reserved for tenets, but BOOTING people for parking in unmarked spots is completely unbelievable. I am currently looking for a place to live, and I won’t be looking into this complex more. I want my guests to be able to visit me without having to pay $75 and an extremely rude person on the phone. Do not live here if you want to have any guests over. Summit, if you want your tenants to feel welcome, make more than 10 guest parking spots. UNBELIEVABLE PARKING REGULATIONS!!"
"Ridiculous parking regulations! I came to this apartment complex around 8pm. There were no guest parking spaces available, and I wanted to drop some donuts off to my friend for his birthday. Since I was going to be quick, I decided to park in front of his building, because the 20 guest spaces were full. When I came back out to my car (10 minutes later) I was booted. To make matters worse, it took two hours for the company to come out and un-boot my car. If this apartment complex wants to enforce such insane regulations for parking (no doubt for profit) they might want to consider adding more guest parking spaces. I had once considered living here, but after this I definitely won’t. How tacky for friends to be booted, inconvenienced, and charged $75 for dropping off a birthday surprise! Do better. There are many apartment complexes who are competing with you and have some sanity."
"My friend and I were looking for a two bedroom apartment and were strongly considering Summit Nash West (it was a close top 2). While we ultimately signed a lease elsewhere (it served what we needed better), leasing agent Anna Laura was a blast to work with! Most leasing agents are polite and informative but Anna Laura seemed like one of the friendliest humans in this sort of role that I have met in a long time. No, she's not a close friend and I get nothing out of leaving this review, other than recognizing Anna Laura's personable approach that if others in custom service roles had just a fraction of would make life a lot more enjoyable!"
"I’ve lived here for the past three months and I’ve absolutely loved it. There’s always guest parking available when I have friends/family over. Before I moved I was nervous about it due to the reviews, but it seems like it’s just angry people that didn’t follow the rules. As long as guest park in guest parking, there’s no issues with booting. Simple. Break-ins are going to happen anywhere you go, but I’m glad the office cares enough to keep us updated. I used to be at a property that had 17 car break ins in one weekend with a fully secure underground parking garage, courtesy officer, and patrol company. I feel safer here than I have anywhere else. The apartment is absolutely amazing. There’s plenty of space in the kitchen and the sunroom gives an extra space. There’s actually room for a 6 foot dining table which is unheard of anywhere you go. Okay, what other apartment features arches and plenty of square footage and only ONE additional fee?! Ignore all of these people just mad because they can’t follow the rules. Glad I decided to move here and took the chance."
