"I have lived here for over two years and recently transferred to a larger unit. Stesha and Tyler were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during the transfer process. I have also popped into the office multiple times with questions over the last few months and Victoria and Stesha are always so friendly and helpful. Having a great office staff always makes the community so nice to be a part of."

"I lived at 2700 Charlotte for 2.5 years and overall had a positive experience. The apartment had great amenities that I loved taking advantage of. It had super easy and accessible parking on your respective floor, the most beautiful pool (and I saw a lot of other apartment pools in the Nashville area - this was the best one), and an indoor/outdoor rooftop that was always free for use by tenants. The hallways are outside (open air to the elements) but they were deep cleaned frequently (what felt like 2x/month). During my last 6 months, maintenance staff was being changed over and it caused some issues/delays getting things fixed in my apartment, but for the first 2 years before that they were always super quick so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a periodic issue and that they are back to their diligent ways. I am a healthcare worker and there were a lot of others in the building which was nice. The main hospitals in the area were a super convenient drive morning and night from the apartment. Overall I would recommend 2700 Charlotte apartments to someone moving to town!"

"I love living here! Hands down my favorite place ever here in Nashville while living in the area for 7 years. I met so many nice people and the pool is incredible all summer long. Victoria always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of here at 2700!!!"

"I moved in a few months ago and the building obviously could use a little work when I did. But the staff was so welcoming that I decided to give it a chance. Any issues I’ve had have been fixed with speed and thoughtfulness. The office staff is always hosting really cool events for after work relaxation and mingling. My neighbors are sweet and aren’t too loud. The amenities are well cared after. There has been a few cosmetic issues since I’ve been there but they have mostly all been resolved. You can tell that the building was maybe not managed properly before the new staff but they are doing their absolute best to salvage this nice building. And make no mistake, it is nice. The house keeping keeps our lounge, amenities etc very clean. And everyone I’ve met has been friendly even in times I was frustrated. Very grateful for the staff."

"This used to be a great place to live. But within the last year has really fallen apart. Everything is always broken and takes months to get fixed. The trash shoot room is disgusting and overfilling with trash on a weekly basis out into resident hallways. Exterior repairs are just under construction without any progress. Our security and gate system has been without service for months. No one comes to clean up the dog poop in the dog park area or trash bins. No maintenance staff was on site for a week to come do repairs in units which was not communicated by management to residents. I would look to live somewhere else. The rent here is a rip off considering the number of issues as well as safety and health concerns."
