"This is the third place I’ve tried in Vallejo already, and I LOVE it! I’m usually very loyal but my first place changed owners/staff. The second place is great but tonight they couldn’t accommodate me even though I had an appointment and came in three hours before their closing time. I called Fiona about an hour before their closing and she was kind enough to let me come in even though I needed a full set (and am traveling very early tomorrow morning), and she did an AMAZING job with my nails. I felt guilty asking for different things like different shapes and different colors, but she was extremely sweet and respectful the whole time. The fact that this place is closer to my home in Benicia is an added bonus, so I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Fiona!"

"Not sure why I was charged over $50 for a gel manicure and still asked for a tip. Low quality shaping of natural nails. Low to mid quality for art design. Too lazy to go back and fix mistakes. The gems were not properly glued on and had fallen off later that night. When I came in to ask if they could glue the three gems that had fallen off, the two ppl working were busy with customers which I understand. And the communication was difficult as they did not understand I had just gotten them the day before at first, and the guy had said a few times "full set" and the woman working. Then told me I had to come back later. Fine but the way she had spoken to me made me feel like she was rushing out a stray animal. I also noticed there was a sign on the door that said no refunds and to tell them if you don't like it before you leave so I guess I have to assume they mess up a lot. Won't be returning. Going to another nail place that has the time to take care of their customers. Didn't deserve the tip I left an conveniently didn't print a receipt. I feel like I got played through this entire experience. Keep looking."
