"As big as this hospital is. Why they only have 2 doctors in the ER Department that is insane. You would think Doctors would be everywhere due to this is a children’s hospital smh!!"

"My daughter hurt her arm on July 4. Of course all urgent cares we’re closed for the holiday so we made our way to the ER. We got right in no waiting. Once in triage my daughter was magically healed. She most likely had nurse maids elbow and popped it back herself. Once into our room it was clear she was perfectly fine running around but nurse Abby still did her job and checked her. The doctor came in and checked her out gave us the all clear. Basically going to be an expensive girls trip. Nonetheless I would go back but hopefully we won’t need to!"

"I brought my baby in due to a fever of 104.2 lasting 36 hrs. He was also experiencing vomiting and lethargic. He was given Motrin and Tylenol. No labs, urine, or imaging were done. He was then sent home within two hours. Of note, he still had a fever of 101.5 and vomiting. I received a bill later for $2,500. He was charged at the second highest level possible for an Er visit. Specifically, they charged him higher because he was “able to be discharged.” The baby was still very ill. I called administration and asked for a breakdown of how he managed to rack up a bill of $2500. They explained that there is no such itemized list and that this price just covers his hospital cost. It cost $1250 for my baby to sleep with a fever in my arms and to be given Tylenol PER HOUR. We didn’t even use a hospital gown……. I requested to be able to slightly negotiate the bill but they refused. Do not take your baby there unless the child is already seizing from a fever. Otherwise you will be given Tylenol at a cost $2500."

"I went Saturday and Everyone was nice and kind . I mean from the lobby to the back room everyone was sweet . The place was clean , atmosphere was calm . If your pregnant with a emergency I would suggest this hospital. I was only there for 4 hours and to me that's great compared to any other emergency room I been at . They really help you out , if I could give the 10 stars I would. Please keep up the good work you guys are awesome."
