"I had to give 1 star to write this review- this place doesn’t deserve 1 star! Let me start by saying Im 78 years old and take pride in having great teeth and great oral hygiene, have always had routine dental cleanings and have always got my dental treatment when needed. I should have followed my instinct and looked for a new office when the hygienist (Gurshar anjeetkaur) told me I needed a deep cleaning. She also recommenced a bunch of other things that my insurance didn’t cover- I agreed to have 2 quadrants of scaling and root planing done which is the technical term for a deep cleaning. I had the procedure done in 10m w/out any local anesthetic. When I told my daughter who is a dental hygienist, she could not believe it. she called the office, even went into the office to complain- she was met by an unfriendly, unprofessional office manager- (Maria S. ) IM CONVINCED I NEVER HAD A DEEP CLEANING DONE. The kicker is I went in for my follow up apt and the hygienist refused to see me- she said she was uncomfortable to clean my teeth since my daughter complained about her service. The hygienist and the office manager were very rude and actually said to me “you should have your daughter clean your teeth” My daughter tried to call the corporate office, but has been unsuccessful in getting any calls back. If you’re looking for a good dental office- STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE. IT’s….. poorly managed The quality of care is horrible Unfriendly and unprofessional Elder abuse Unethical -5 stars ⭐️"

"Experience with the hygienist is always terrific. If the ladies behind the desk who take $ and make appts. don't look you in the eye when speaking, one might think they are talking into their phone mouthpiece. Eye contact and a smile go a long way."

"After some time apart from visiting Bright Now! Pinole CA services, I was impressed with the cleanliness, distancing, care and attention towards the health and safety of both clients and staff. From signing in, to getting x-rays, to a thorough exam by my doctor and care technician, and the end-of-appointment review, every person was very courteous, polite, professional and helpful in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Bright Now! for competent, professional care from a staff who genuinely ensure the best interests of their clients."

"Wonderful office and amazing staff, I personally appreciate the time and effort given to each individual patient you can tell everyone honestly loves what they do, I've been struggling for quite a while with finding a dentist that could help with my severe dental issues and after years of treatment with no results I came to bright now and in a short time I've gotten more accomplished than ever before. "The wait here is ridiculous. I’ve been there numerous times where I had to wait 45+ minutes to be seen after my appointment. Then when I was finally seen, the cavity was painful and I felt rushed out. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unpleasant. Jasmine claimed my standard cleaning fee was $160. When that didn’t sound right, I called my insurance & they let me know it’s actually free/covered. My insurance called the office twice on my behalf, no answer. I asked Jasmine to follow-up with my insurance regarding the discrepancy and I never received a call back from her. I had to call her back the following week to ask her again. After she checks with my insurance, what do you know, the cleaning fee is 100% covered now. OH, and last but not least their health inspection / permit to operate appears to be well expired over a YEAR ago (2/28/22). This pic was taken a few weeks ago, 5/26/23. It’s very convenient that this permit is in their hallway and out of view from patients. I would avoid this place at all costs. In my experience the billing process has not been transparent and the customer service is atrocious."
