I feel welcomed to express my concerns. I feel heard as a parent. My daughters don't cry. If my daughter is in any pain she feels welcome to express her pain. Thank you to the great staff and doctor for all that you do. I never hear kids crying at this office."

"Don't waste your time. Got referral from Medicare I'm a senior. They booked me first available appointment waited for one month. At 12:00noon came 11:30am to be prompt and fill out paperwork. It was 12:30pm I asked when I would be seen. A guy at the front desk said he was told come back in one hour. Then technician lady (Philippino lady) smiled and said never. I could not understand her and told her she was confusing me I was told by the youngman to come back at 1:00pm. She firmly said she was in charge and I'm new and they don't have time for me. I told her I have been waiting 1 hour now and waited one month for this appointment. No apology given nothing. A young Hispanic lady came from back room said they will not provide service to me to leave. Just because I said I did not understand her coworkers English. I'm s white Italian Hispanic senior. This place do not waste your time only 1 dentist 2 chairs. I got a new appointment from a dentist in El Cerrito for next day. They spoken clear English and respectful to a senior."
