"I’m surprised of the negative reviews! I think some of the issues with staff were due to the language barrier. The current person at the front desk/phones is super sweet & friendly. The Dr is funny, friendly & efficient. I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist (like most people) but he’s never once made me feel uncomfortable, guilty or even lectured me about anything. I’ve also never been pressured into any procedures whatsoever. I wish I had found Dr Ong sooner! I’ve recommended others and they’re all happy as well."

"I'm shocked to see so many negative reviews. This is not the typical overly decorated....upscale dentist office. It offers the necessities as far as decor ect. I promise the dentist and his staff are far superior to any (Rodeo Drive type) dentist office. They get the job done with the least amount of fluff. They don't shoot unnecessary numbing agents in your gums.... and the bed side manner of this dentist and his staff would make the most fearful of patients relax and laugh. My first time seeing this Dr. was during my pregnancy and I needed a cap fixed/replaced and couldn't have a shot because of my pregnancy. This was the only dentist willing and able to get me out of the excrutiating pain I was in due to my tongue being cut by my broken crown. Thank you Dr. Ong and Staff you guys all deserve 5 stars...."

"I went to Ong for a Deep Clean. Had Plaque build up on two of my rear teeth. Ong is the type of guy that kills you with kindness. His staff who was assigned to clean my teeth. Said regular clean first. I ask if it would remove the tartar/ plaque build up. She said she would remove some of it, I ask why not all of it, she said because I would be coming back for the deep clean. After she finished, she had left small specs of Tartar on my teeth that she could had clearly removed. The work was done fast and sloppy. Deep clean wasn't necessary since the plaque was only on the surface of my tooth and not in the gums. Something they could had evaluated and informed me of. I had to go out and buy the scaler myself and finish scraping plaque off my teeth that your dentistry could had done with the service."

"They charge you $10 for rescheduling an appointment. Scheduling is a nightmare. One receptionist can't speak English well OR look up your name in the system correctly, EVEN if you have an appointment. The place is dirty and overcrowded with junk, the dentist rushes through your cleaning, and the only helpful lady who is very efficient does not do the scheduling. My advice - look for another dentist office."

"Worst service. Zero respect. They hung up on my mom a few times, after yelling at her. My mom is using them because they speak Cantonese, but the people are so rude here, especially the operator that speaks Cantonese. Bullying on your own people just because you speak English is outrageous and pathetic. Also my mom replace her false teeth there two years ago and it fell off after 5 days, which is followed by horrible service attitude. I only find out now and am asking my mom to stop tolerating and switch."
