"Worst Haircut of My Life... It has taken almost 12 months to grow out the cut I received from Loreli. To start, she cut my thick, long & wavy hair while it was Dry and used a razor to thin it out. I do not mind paying for a good haircut. I chose Vitality because my hairstylist had moved away and I wanted a "down to earth" haircut, in a location that was not a "scene". My appointment was interrupted by numerous phone calls and visitors (all men), who came into the salon to say "hi"... a call to her son, who lived in a tiny apartment in the shopping center... After washing and drying my hair, I realized that the "layers" were not at all "blended in". I literally had 3 different haircuts! Loreli used a straightening iron to smooth out the frizz and make the cut look better. I have never had anyone use a straightener on my hair.... I tried to style my hair the next morning and it looked absolutely horrible. Literally 3 distinct layers (with shoulder length hair). I was devastated. After a trip to another stylist (another $90) and after having 4 inches of length cut from my hair, it looked presentable. The fact that it has taken almost 12 months to grow out this regrettable haircut should be a warning to any woman who schedules a visit with Loreli. Perhaps a consultation to make sure that she has the ability to give you the cut you desire. And to make sure that Loreli cuts your hair Wet. Maybe she should stick with cutting men's hair, which can be sprayed with a water bottle and cut dry..."
