"Will never go there again. Paid for exam and contacts. As I was walking out the door, after paying for everything, they informed me that there would be an additional $25.00 annual fee for renewal a year. Why didn’t they tell me that up front. I paid it, but that surcharge cost them my business. If you can’t be up front with your billing, it sends a clear message that your not honest. Just saying."
