"I walked into the store when the sign said open to get a manicure and instantly the woman treated me like I was not supposed to be there. She was not wearing a mask and brushed me off the second I walked in. She was casual and rude with zero customer service. I politely asked to if they were open and if they could do a gel manicure and she said she could only do a quick version of it “i only have 15 minutes” she said. Although the salon only had one customer and 2 staff members she casually stated she only had a short time. This salon had just opened ~9:45AM. I’m not sure if perhaps this person was having a bad day but it instantly felt uninviting and I turned around thanked them for their time and left... getting your nails done or any self-care sort of service is some thing that you take time out of your day to do and expect to be treated with at least a little bit of kindness and I’m not the type of person that would typically leave a poor review but this was so shocking to me that I felt it needed to be stated."

"I came here on a whim with a friend for 2 pedicures. The service was prompt, but comprehensive; the women were nice; and the polish looks great now, a week later. All in all it was a good experience. I'll be coming back for sure."
