"My wife got a manicure/pedicure from this place. From the get go, the attendants were rude, and they were very rough, hurrying to finish off a horrible experience in 15 minutes. They cut my wife’s fingers in 2 places, and it got infected in a day, needing us to come to the hospital. As for the nails, they started chipping in 2 days. The worst experience ever."

"I called at 8:27pm to see if they'd take me bc they close at 9. I desperately needed a fill because I hadn't gone in like 2 months. Not for holidays or anything. They said yes! I normally get French tips but wanted to try something different for the new year, so hombre for the win!!! Ask for Hanny!! Kevin did my pedi so good and Tracy is the sweetest host there!!! Definitely loved my experience with Hanny's customer service!!! She's so nice and funny!!❤️"

"Horrible service paid 125 for feet and nails (my natural nail with acrylic overlay) The lady who did my feet cherry was very nice. She did a very good job. The lady that did my nails I didn’t get her name because she was so rude and offputting to begin with. I asked her to take off the acrylic on my natural nail because the acrylic was broken. She wants to cut my natural nail. I told her no she then got an attitude and decided to file down the acrylic and put new acrylic on top of the acrylic. She told me that it would be OK. It was no worries I wasn’t feeling that so I said, OK no problem I paid and I left Sunday my nail broke. I come back to them to ask them to fix it. She tells me I have to pay because the lady was doing me a favor by not cutting my nail. My nail never needed to be cut. The acrylic needed to be removed and applied do not frequent this place they are rude big shop no customer and I see why"

"Nail tech was rude and was rough. Not a relaxing experience at all. Made my pinky bleed and said it was my fault because my skin was too thin. I asked for a matte french tip and when it was time to dry with the machines I told her it was too hot. She said it was not and grabbed my wrist, trying to force it in there and I had to complain each and everytime for her to lower it. Nails are crooked and the finish was shiny. I asked for matte. I even had to wash my own hands after because she didn't clean off any of the lotion or whatever they put on the end on your hands. She kept saying she was "done, done" and basically hinted for me to get out of the seat and leave. She was obviously talking about me right in front of the other staff too but the nail tech for my boyfriend was nice so I give one stars. Never coming here again. Photo of reference and what I got"

"Should be called NOT SO CLASSY NAILS. ONE STAR because they took me in late, it was before closing by an hour , I came in and asked for pedicure and acrylic set. I asked for specific design and instead of telling me they couldn't do it ahead of time they gave me some charms to put on my nails instead. I wanted a hello kitty drawing design which is not too difficult. They did not tell me until the end they could not do it. They put 4 charms on me two on my nails and two on my toe nails. They all fell off after ONE DAY! She told me it was $27 for pedicure, but charged me $60. (I also got acrylic on two toe nails, but I don't see how $27 can go to $60. Regular all black toes. I now have no charms and she charged me $90 for regular French tip on my nails. I paid $170 plus ten tip each for each person who worked on me because im generous. I almost didn't even get the acrylic on my toes like I wanted because the manager I assume told me I "had to tell them in the beginning because there is nobody to do acrylic" EVEN THOUGH THATS ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS I DID!! I would not be mad if the charms stayed on, but clearly she overcharged me simply for some charms that could not last more than one day. Regular French tip acrylics are NOT $90, especially for the length. Now I have glue residue on my finger nails and toe nails from the existing charms. I've had charms from other people before and they stayed for weeks. Ended up paying $179 which is the most I've EVER paid for nails, just for the charms to fall off the next day. Service was okay, despite the manager not wanting to do the acrylic even though it's one of the first thing I stated, as well as not getting the design I wanted AT ALL! Im not sure why I even tipped the lady who did my toes because they made such a deal about the acrylic toes, my manicure technician ended up doing them for me, so I should've just tipped him because he was the best person there. Also, as I was looking around it is not the cleanest. I saw a total of three cockroaches, cut off nails from another person where I was sitting, just overall not a clean environment and I felt gross. They offered me a drink as drinks are complimentary but why would I consume anything from that place where I see cockroaches? It's day three of having my nails and I completely regret paying that much, for nails that should be only $60-70 max. She charged me $90 for these nails plus one charm on each hand. I do not recommend this place as the staff will also want to do what THEY want but not care what I wanted. I wish I could get my money back. The attitude was off and I could tell they were frustrated with me but I honestly did not care because I was specific with what I asked for. Never going back here, ever I hated them as soon as I left. The French tip is not that bad but my experience there was awful, they had me feeling bad at times for asking what I wanted because they did not want to do it. I've gone here before but never again. I don't understand how a $40 acrylic set can go to $90 over some puny charms that fall off."
