"Nails turned out, terrible, and the place is gross and smelly inside. No ventilation and the chemical smell was so intense, I wanted to leave but was too far gone in the gel manicure process. I had dip nails on and instead of soaking them off the nail tech peeled/scraped them off and layers of my nails too that they were so thin she put a layer of acrylic on...they look thick and terrible. The filling job was so bad that I had to fix them after the top coat was applied. Honestly, don't bother coming here. There are plenty of better options in the city."

"Based on two visits, I would never come back and do not recommend this place. The biggest issue for me is the cleanliness of the place and the lack of diligent cleaning practices between clients. The first time they were super busy and were moving through clients pretty fast. I wasn’t happy with my nails or the pedicure but I assume it was because they were busy. I also noticed it wasn’t that clean in general. But again they were busy. I went the second time because they were open late and I thought I could get in and out pretty fast. They were not as busy but I still waited for a chair. When I sat down I noticed there was some water left in the basin that I could feel through the liner. Again I was not happy with the services I received for the price I paid. They were not busy but still did the bare minimum but just at slower place. The lady who was doing my pedicure got up to wax some guys back during my pedicure. But the main reason why I do not recommend this place is because they reuse tools between clients without sanitizing. When I got up I noticed the pedicure basin that I was sitting in had standing nasty murky water from who knows how long. They offered me a single paper towel to dry my sleeve that fell in the water. When I got up to pay, the owner just told me my total without even bothering to look up. I asked her if that was safe to have sitting dirty water and she said, of course because they use liners. This place does not meet my standards and I think if you decide to go here you should take note of the cleanliness and general sanitizing practices that they are not following."

"Live in SF and have had my nails done here about six to seven times (fill & gel). The first time, my nail tech was amazing(first chair facing forward to the left), so I went back. Then the owner, SUPER nice, but always in a hurry, did my fills the last few times. Didn't take time to clip the old or loose growth to prevent moisture underneath, so my nails popped off frequently. I decided to go back to my other regular salon in the city. Soaked off tips and she was shocked at the damaged nails (as seen in image) from aggressive filing. You should never see red lines or damaged cuticles like this. It seems others have had great experiences, unfortunately not me."

"I came here on a Friday night and it was surprisingly not busy. So I was sat down right away and got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I paid $60+. My nails turned out good and the workers were nice. I have nothing to complain about."
