Jennie’s Nails

"I live out of state and I was in the area working. I chose this salon based on reviews. My first experience at the salon was excellent. My pedicure was excellent and the gentleman who did my manicure with gel polish was meticulous and fabulous! I went back 2 weeks later and had a terrible experience. The lady who did my pedicure was not detail oriented. My toenails were cut/filed crooked and she used the yellow pumice on the sides of my feet causing skin tears. My manicure was completed while I had my pedicure. The lady stood to do it, which caused her to be less than meticulous. The gel polish wasn't soaked off, instead, the lady only used a drill which is damaging to the nails. She polished with gel, but my nails were left with thick, bubbly, gross looking polish. The lumps and bumps were visible and wild to touch. I went to another salon the next day since this salon isn't open on Sundays and paid more to have a repolish. I would only return here if I was guaranteed the same nail technicians. It was an unfortunate experience and I sadly had the B team on the second round. The owner has offered to refund my money paid to another salon, but I'm content with returning to the other salon for future business."

"I usually go to Sarah or Jenny. They do a great job. I have a 3 star because the customer experience was subpar. I didn’t feel relaxed and it was a bit awkward due some passive aggressive behavior. They do work hard almost everyday and they may be burned out. I just get a sense of attitude mixed with niceness. When I asked Sarah to correct the shape or the design she gets annoyed and impatient. I feel that I cannot ask her exactly what I want because if I ask her to fix something, she responds in a tone that’s annoyed. When I use the massage chair and press the buttons she is annoyed. I spent $163 for gel x nails and a pedicure, and at the end the nails were nice but it wasn’t how I really wanted it, because I felt bullied to not speak up. If I’m spending that much, I should be able to say how I want my nails to be. Furthermore, the lady doing my toes seemed to be talking about me in another language and laughing with the others. I can’t understand them but it’s just the vibe I get, and reading body language and eye contact. This place is close to my house and overall good at doing nails but they can work on their professionalism and customer service."

"Jennie's team did an efficient and excellent job on my mani-pedi. The place is a little cramped, definitely not posh, but clean and has a generous selection of polish for you to choose. Plus, they offer a 5% discount for payment in cash :)"

"Sarah was quick and outstanding! She completely nailed the concept I was looking for and I will be returning for a refill in a few weeks! Also extremely affordable for the quality"

"I came during lunchtime as a walk-in and although it was busy they team worked to get my service done. The women here are very considerate and it isn’t overwhelmingly loud or hectic considering the space. Jennie did my nail design. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received and it was executed so well. If you need intricate designs or art that you can’t get elsewhere definitely come here!"
