"I went here one time a few years ago for my birthday. It was my first time going to a salon, I got purple acrylic nails. The lady who did my nails made my cuticles bleed on almost every finger. I unfortunately do not remember her name as if I could I would be calling her out. It didn't bother me I let it go and a few weeks to a month later I had a weird callus right by my nail in the same place where she made me bleed on my thumb. It was a wart. Ive never had a wart in my entire life and conveniently I get one right after she cut my fingers up with her tools. I let it go still, but then the wart came back a second time and now has spread on my hands. I met a girl who is a nail tech and she told me that sounds consistent with those who don't wash their tools. I wish I made this review sooner but I was too shy at the time and didn't want to cause any fuss. im bringing this up now because it is still affecting me to this day. I also wish I took more pictures of the cuts on my fingers at the time, if you zoom in you can see some cuts but there were more. This review isn't even remarking on the service which also wasn't the best. I've never gotten my nails done since, this was my first and last experience. I do my own nails now where I know for sure my tools are clean. I do not recommend this place."

"I’ve come here a couple times and they get the job done. But this visit I made an appointment 20 minutes before arriving and they couldn’t recall making any appointment. )they had seated 3 people and made me wait. So don’t bother with appointments, they won’t honor them."
