The visit before this one I had the best nail technician, "Annie" . Disappointing visit last week. My technician was learning and did not do a very good job. Someone else had to finish up his work. I was irritated that they didn't warn me that someone was learning and didn't ask my permission or give me a break on the price of the manicure."
