"Crystal cut my hair waaaaay to short, after explaining what I wanted, showing her with my hands, and showing multiple pictures. She didn’t use any heat protectant before blowdrying and styling with a flat iron and curling iron, and she styled me like a Karen. I would not recommend her to anyone."

"My first experience at Damia was a consultation with Courtney a week ago. I explained that I hated my hair color which had a light brown base with blonde highlights which had turned an unflattering yellow.
