"While the building still needs some work, I will say that it has come a long way in the last year. The new office team tries really hard to help with any problems that might come up & they've been very friendly anytime they have come in my apartment. I do love that parking is right downstairs in the basement - just wish they had a package locker or better mail room to secure packages."
"WORST APARTMENTS EVER! I have had issues since the day i moved in. my unit wasn’t even ready on my move in day. my tub had no surface in it. my dishwasher wasn’t properly installed. my kitchen and bathroom and tub all had a leak to it. My cabinets fell off as of the wood as 100years old. Handles fall off the doors/cabinets like they don’t even try to screw them in properly. I almost had to sue because my rights were violated and they tried to charge me for a documented ESA dog and threatened me with and eviction. It took over a month to get that issue handled they didn’t answer emails. phone callas and even called a courtesy officer on me at one point when all i was doing was asking questions as to why i was being charged for a documented ESA. now come January and i do t have any heat! HAVENT HAD ANY HEAT SINCE JANUARY 5th2023. They have given me a space heater instead of fixing my heat and i’m sure other residents as well because i know of a few. They have been to my unit a total of 4x to fix my heat and nothing has changed. a temporary emergency heat fix that only lasted me two days before it went out and now the numbers on my thermostat are moving backwards and every time i call it’s the same thing. i don’t think these people know what they’re doing. Everybody who works at this place is incompetent and don’t seem to care too much about the residents and shouldn’t have a job as a leasing or maintenance agent. Had i known i was gonna endure these issues before moving I would’ve stayed where i was. By far the worst and most stressful apartment situation i’ve ever dealt with."
"BE WARNED : This is terrible place. The elevator breaks down every week. The bad part about this is using the stairs where homeless people urinate and even defecate. If you care about your safety, stay away from here, there is trash, shoes, old food as evidence they are sleeping here, but the worst part is knowing they sleep in the vacant apartments. YES, we have squatters in theses apartments. It is a completely mismanaged place. Management does nothing to fix the problems and it's always hard to communicate with them, they promise they will fix things in the future. DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT"
"The elevator has been down for two complete weeks now. I am unable to get groceries. I just had surgery the other day and have to walk up and down four flights of stairs every day if I decide to leave the building. My mail key doesn’t fit my mailbox. The mail room is also open for any and everyone one to go into. The office will evict you even if you’re one month behind. They won’t try to figure out solutions with you and they clearly don’t care about tenants especially with certain circumstances. I literally get drained and out of breath walking up the stairs now, and during my surgery recovery days those were the complete hardest. I could’ve fell out walking up the stairs but you all want rent and everything else on time. My apartment has flooded several times and ruined a lot of my things. My dishwasher doesn’t work and there’s mold in the bathtub because it needs to be resurfaced and repainted. They never repainted my door so it looks A MESS and they think that leaving trash out in the hallways for people to eventually pick it up is the best way to get rid of trash. Like no.The power also randomly goes out and they never compensate us. save your coins and don’t move here."
"Terrible management. Front door has no lock supposedly due to "Covid" shortage from over a year ago. This means your entry will be from the back ally not the front door. The elevator is always dirty and breaking so prepare to use the stairs (equally dirty). The floor carpets are stained and tearing at every corner. The funk smell is persistent. The mail room is always filled with empty boxes. Expect a 3 month turnaround time for fixing issues. Airbnb is rented by owner so expect loud party goers to leave trash, cigarettes, bottles everywhere in the hallways the next day. The rooftop is none existent as the door is bolted shut and locked. Do not be fooled by these loft apartments, they look nice but living here is a nightmare. I hope a new management company would fix these problems."
